[attr="class","text"]"Speech" After her most recent encounter with Fel, Banshee was keen to return to the fresh air of the outside world. Elysium was claustrophobic and close, and at times Banshee still felt like the pup she had once been when she returns to the tunnels. Out in the open, she felt in control in a way that she never could with Fel creeping around and her brother never more than a hair’s breadth away at any given time. She’d heard that Fel had pups with the first hussy who’d been willing, but Banshee had not had much desire to meet them just yet. Mostly, she was amused at the weakness Fel had demonstrated. The brute was clearly more interested in indulging his base instincts than leading the pack to greatness, but then again, Fel had never really proved himself to any of them.
The clack of her claws on the smooth surface of the abandoned building was a strange sound. It reverberated around the stone walls, a ghostly sound that extended her presence in space and time. There was a sterile smell that clung to the place, despite nature having reclaimed it. Banshee could not comprehend it, and it frustrated her. There were few clues left behind as to what had created this structure, and she did not like having limits placed upon her knowledge. The wolf was eager to learn everything about everything, though she supposed she could let this slide unless the information could be useful somehow.
Perhaps there was nothing new to be learnt of this old place. Perhaps any knowledge of it had been lost to time. Perhaps she ought to be looking to the future. Banshee knew that she needed a plan, some kind of bigger picture to look at it. It certainly didn’t involve staying in Elysium forever. It was a dying pack, even in spite of Fel’s plan to fuck the pack back to life. She often wondered what her mother was doing, whether she had a new pack. Most likely she did, Banshee could not imagine her mother as either a follower or a loner, though perhaps she had gotten herself killed. The bitch was awfully outspoken for such a small wolf. Banshee tried to see past her pride – it would only cloud her judgement – but still, Banshee was not sure she wanted to crawl back to her mother. And, in truth, she was curious to see what Ronove would do next, if only because he was such a weird creature.
And, while she was being truthful, Ronove was the only Elysium wolf that she thought was worth a moment of her time. It wasn’t because they were related. She thought not, at least. Perhaps they did have some kind of bond that neither of them was aware of. Only time would tell, but she had not seen Ronove in some time. Time, time, time. It ticked away, and Banshee remained in the same place. It would not do at all. She would have to move forward sooner or later.

The outside world had held little interest for the dark-pelted pup. Unlike his siblings, Stolas had had no real interest in going outside of the caves, in leaving the safety of the darkness of their home… the outside world was far too bright for his liking. With the expansion of their lands however, Stolas had found that with their newfound ownership of a vast expanse of ground above them, he decided that it would do his knowledge bank a world of good if he at least explored it enough to know the land’s secrets. At least, that was what one of the silvery wolves he had met convinced him of. He had been conversing with a few of the strange silver wolves he saw periodically in the caves of Aleru… he heard their voices, but most of them did not even try to move their lips as they spoke. It had come to his attention that most of the other wolves that belonged to Elysium could not see these wolves, save for a couple of his siblings and his mother, but it did not bother him… he figured the wolves made themselves visible to whomever they wished, only those worthy of seeing them were able to do such a thing. It was because of this one particular wolf that he found himself walking through the plains of Kamari, toward a place that was very strange and did not seem to belong.
At first glance, the blue-eyed young male had thought it to simply be a strangely shaped rock, something that he had had no interest in exploring any further, until the silver wolf that came with him whispered to him that it was not a rock… it would be worth checking out. At first Stolas wanted to pay no mind to it… the wolves he spoke to when no one else was around had yet to lead him astray, but the wolf prodded and told him of the knowledge such a place hid. Stolas approached the strange structure made of stone, sniffing as he went. It had an almost metallic smell that made no sense to the small male. As he entered the structure through an opening he found though, another scent came to his nostrils. That of a wolf, which meant it was a wolf they could all see not one of his strange friends that picked and chose who could see them. He took in the scent once more, it was someone from Elysium, a female that he had not met just yet. Stolas snorted… he was not the social type, he was here on the promises of a silver, seemingly invisible-to-others wolf that he would gain knowledge from adventuring beyond his preferred darkness of his home. Yet, knowing that this was also someone who came from his pack he decided it would probably do him good to meet her.
Ears pricked at the reverberated sound of claws clacking against the hard, cold stone and that along with the scent of the wolf he was now seeking, he was quickly able to find her in one of the hallways. She seemed a bit contemplative though and he debated whether or not to even attempt to approach her. He took a moment to study her though, ivory tinged with the color of blood… she also seemed young, she couldn’t be too much older than him. He took a second before approaching her, making no effort to hide the sound of his own claws hitting the stone beneath him until he stopped a respectful distance from her, “Do you know what this place is?” was the first thing that came from his maw. No introduction, not even a greeting… he was here to learn, and if she had any information to satiate his thirst for knowledge with he would stick around but if she did not then she would leave her to whatever trivial issue she had been thinking about. After all, the silver wolf indicated there were others to be found here… perhaps if she had no knowledge to share he would find a soul that did.

Xerxes is known to Kairos as the Centurion. Accompanied by his hulking size and ragged looks, Xerxes is not a wolf to be trifled with. His love for Kairos and it's members is as strong as he, maybe even stronger. There is no denying the males loyalty to Kairos and Hyperion, having once been the young Emperor's mentor. Recently he captured a new female and became a father once more, Xerxes is determined to do right by his offspring and raise them in the name of Kairos. Xerxes is a wonder to see on the forum, his posts always managing to grip the reader and Grimm, the player, writes him in a way that makes him as compelling as he is. Grimm adopted Xerxes and brought a whole new spin to him, whilst staying true to his core.
